Events Cancellation Announcement

Dear MWTA Members,

May this announcement find you and your families in good health and that everyone is staying safe.

Pertaining to the 45th Executive Committee Member Election matter, it has been decided that the election will be placed on hold for another 12 months due to the current worsening Covid19 situation. This decision is supported by MWTA Advisors and Honorary Presidents after seeking their advise.

Hence, the current 44th Executive Committee Member board shall remain until the 45th Executive Committee Member election in May/June 2022.

Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation, all events for the year of 2020 is cancelled. We regret that we are unable to proceed with our normal agendas, but we know this is the right decision based on the unprecedented pandemic as it is vital to continue to limit social contact. We urge everyone to remain vigilant and be safe. Though separated, we are in it together. Let’s continue to do the right thing and pray that this will be over soon.
